At RCD Performance, we take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction with their performance.

Coverage

RCD Performance warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. As your exclusive remedy, RCD will replace free of charge any RCD product that, in our reasonable determination, does not comply with this warranty.

Registration Requirement

Warranty coverage requires product registration before installation. Registration must be completed within 30 days of purchase. Registration after installation or outside the 30-day window may void warranty coverage.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty is voided by:

• Non-recommended use
• Improper installation
• Physical damage
• Vehicle tuning or performance modifications
• Emissions system modifications
• Competition, racing, sled pulling, or off-road use
• Prior engine, fuel system, or turbo failure

RCD will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. All other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, are specifically excluded.

Additional Rights

Federal and/or state laws may provide you with additional warranty rights. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages.

How to File a Claim

To file a warranty claim, visit rcd-warranty-registration.vercel.app/claim with your Registration ID, serial number, and VIN. You will be required to provide documentation of the failure including photos, current odometer reading, and proof of purchase.
