At RCD Performance, LLC, we stand behind the quality of our products and strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review the following return guidelines carefully.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be:

    • Uninstalled and unused

    • Returned in their original, undamaged packaging

    • In resalable condition

  • Products that have been installed, modified, damaged, or show signs of wear are not eligible for return unless deemed defective.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

  • Electrical or electronic components (unless unopened and unused)

  • Special order or custom-fabricated products

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase

  • Fluids, lubricants, or hazardous materials

Return Authorization Process

  1. Request Authorization: To begin a return, contact us at sales@rcdperformance.com with your order number and reason for return. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued if the return is approved.

  2. Shipping Returns:

    • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

    • We do not provide return labels or cover return shipping costs under any circumstances.

    • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring your package, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Restocking Fee

  • A 20% restocking fee may be applied at our discretion, particularly if:

    • Packaging is damaged or missing

    • The product requires cleaning or repackaging

    • The product was returned without prior authorization

  • Restocking fees are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are deducted from your refund.

Defective or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include photos of the item and packaging and a description of the issue.

  • We will work with you to provide a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate. Defective items will be tested before refunds are issued.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days of return inspection and approval.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If a product was shipped free, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled prior to shipment by contacting us immediately.

  • Once an item has shipped, it is subject to the standard return policy.

Important Notes

  • Products returned without an RMA number will be refused or subject to delays.

  • Any signs of tampering, installation, or use void the eligibility for return.

All decisions regarding the condition and eligibility of returned items are made at the sole discretion of RCD Performance, LLC.
