River City Machine High-Flow Racing Fuel Injectors

River City Machine high-flow race fuel injectors are built for performance applications requiring increased fuel delivery without sacrificing consistency or control. Every injector starts as a brand-new Genuine Bosch unit—never used or remanufactured.
The Bosch nozzles are precision EDM-machined and processed using Kennametal Microflow abrasive-flow honing equipment with exclusive diamond-based media. This proprietary process enlarges the injection orifices while maintaining clean, consistent hole geometry.
Each nozzle undergoes four separate quality-control checks and is hydraulically flow-matched to within 1% per set before being installed onto the injector.
Custom-Built and Calibrated
Every injector is internally modified to match the measured flow rate of its nozzle. This includes application-specific internal changes and proprietary piezo modifications.
Completed injectors are tested at four different pressure and energizing points. Fuel delivery and injection rate shape are adjusted to provide consistent performance throughout the injection event.
Testing is performed using:
Viscor calibration fluid
SAE J967 standards
Controlled fluid temperature of 40°C
Nozzle flow testing at 100 bar
Four pressure and energizing test points per injector
Complete injector sets are flow-matched within 3% unless otherwise specified.

Designed for 2011–2027 Ford vehicles equipped with the 6.7L Power Stroke diesel engine, including applicable F-250, F-350, F-450, and F-550 Super Duty models.

Important
These are high-flow racing injectors intended for modified engines. Proper supporting fuel-system components and custom engine calibration are required. Injector size should be selected according to the engine combination, turbocharger capacity, fuel-system capacity, desired power level, and intended use.
Professional installation by a qualified diesel-performance technician is strongly recommended. DO NOT REUSE INJECTOR HOLD-DOWN BOLTS!!
